On 8th October we were to the head office of ASAPME, located inside Parque Delicias in Zaragoza and we talked with Elena Gavin, the social worker of the association. First of all, we introduce ourselves and tell her about the project. She had a wonderful answer and she looked very grateful because we choose their association. She show us the corporative video that they already had and we had a discuss with her about what they want. Elena called her boss to ask her if it will be interesting to collaborate with us wants and she said yes. She also said that it will be a good idea to create videos to encourage people to collaborate with their voluntary work. After that we talked about make another meeting for next week.

 

On 15th we had the meeting with Elena and Carlos, (the director of communication of ASAPME). They told us most specifically the idea of video that they want and we told them in what we were interested in, so together we made a few conclusions:

 

Steps:

 

• Made 3 or 4 videos of maximum 3 minutes

• Focus this videos to new people that wants to be volunteer

• The videos will have an introduction made by us with the logo and the music of ASAPME

• Intercalate testimonies of the volunteers and the users of ASAPME

• There will be some compulsory questions like “How voluntary contribute to your life?” (To the volunteers) and “In what the volunteer helps to your life?” (To the users)

• Apart of the videos we will make photos

 

Contents of the videos:

   1. Cultural trip - Each tuesday ASAPME organize a cultural trip to differents places: Vasilic of the Pilar, Aljaferia Palace etc.

 

   2. Sports - On evenings, once a week they usually go to play sports, mostly football.

​

   3. Creative studio - Origami, painting, drawing etc. in ASAPME’s head office.

 

   4. Accompaniment - Volunteers go with users of the association to help them in their routines: go shopping, cooking, have a shower etc.
